Terms of Use

These terms apply to ACA Way 2026, produced by ACA Way Inc., held September 23 and 24, 2026 at the Hilton Miami Downtown. They cover theacaway.com, our registration site, this event app, and attendance at the conference itself.

By registering, attending, or using our site or app, you agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, you are confirming that you have their permission and that they will follow these terms too.

All registrations are final and non-refundable. This includes conference tickets, packages, and any add-ons.

Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else by contacting us at events@theacaway.com before [TRANSFER DEADLINE]. We will need the new attendee's name, title, company and email. After that date, transfers cannot be processed because badges and materials are already in production.

Prices, ticket types and package contents are as shown at reg.theacaway.com at the time you register. Prices are subject to change, and a change after you register does not entitle you to a refund or an adjustment.

Promotional and complimentary codes are issued in limited quantities, apply only to the ticket types they name, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn at any time before they are used. A code applies to the base ticket price only, not to taxes, processing or administrative fees, hotel charges, or other costs.

Payment is processed at the time of registration. Your registration is not confirmed until payment clears and you receive a confirmation email.

You must wear your badge to enter the conference. Your badge is issued to you personally and may not be shared, lent, or used by anyone else. If we find a badge being used by someone other than the person named on it, we may cancel it without a refund.

Badges are available for early pickup on Tuesday, September 22 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on event days from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Access to sessions is first come, first served and subject to room capacity. We cannot guarantee you a seat in any particular session, including Main Stage sessions. Some sessions, meeting rooms and private events are limited to specific attendee groups.

We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who breaches these terms or our code of conduct, without a refund.

The agenda, speakers, session times, room assignments, entertainment and format are subject to change. Speakers cancel, sessions move, and programs get rebuilt. None of these changes entitles you to a refund.

theacaway.com and this app are the authority on the current program. Anything in earlier emails, printed material or promotional posts is superseded by what appears there.

If we have to cancel, postpone, shorten or relocate the conference because of something outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, a hurricane, a public health order, a venue failure, a utility or transport failure, an act of government, or civil unrest, we will tell you as soon as we can and set out your options at that time.

We are not responsible for your travel, accommodation or other costs in that situation. We recommend refundable bookings and travel insurance.

ACA Way is a professional environment and we expect everyone to treat each other accordingly.

Do not harass, threaten, intimidate or discriminate against anyone. Do not disrupt sessions. Do not enter areas you are not credentialed for. Do not solicit attendees on the show floor or in session rooms if you are not a registered sponsor or exhibitor, and do not conduct sales activity from a space you have not paid for.

If something happens, tell any member of ACA Way staff at registration or email events@theacaway.com. We take these reports seriously.

We may remove anyone from the conference for a breach of this section, without a refund, and may decline their registration in future years.

Sessions and public areas are photographed, filmed and recorded, and our stages use AI live captioning and translation. By attending you agree that your image, likeness and voice may be captured and used by us to promote ACA Way and future events. Our Privacy Notice explains this in more detail.

You may take photographs for your own personal and professional use. You may not record audio or video of a session, or livestream one, without our written permission. Presentation materials shown on stage may not be reproduced or distributed without the permission of the speaker or their organization.

The event app is provided for you to navigate the conference and connect with other attendees. Use it for that.

Do not post anything unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing. Do not post another person's private information. Do not use the app to send unsolicited sales messages, and do not scrape, export, harvest or copy attendee data from it for any purpose. Attendee contact details in the app are there so people can connect with each other, not to be collected into a list.

You are responsible for anything you post. We may remove content and suspend access without notice.

Your app profile is visible to other attendees unless you change your settings.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape or copy the site or its content.

The ACA Way name, logo, program, written materials, photographs and session recordings belong to ACA Way Inc. or to the people who created them. You may not reproduce, sell or distribute them commercially without our written permission.

Speaker presentations and materials belong to their speakers or their organizations. Sponsor and exhibitor names and logos belong to those companies.

If you post content in the app or on social media in connection with the conference, you allow us to reshare it in our own event coverage and promotion, with attribution where practical.

Sponsors and exhibitors take part under separate agreements with us. Anything they say, offer, sell or promise is theirs, not ours. We do not endorse their products, and we are not a party to any arrangement you make with them.

If you give a sponsor your contact details, what they do with that information is governed by their own privacy policy. Our Privacy Notice explains what we do and do not pass on.

Hotel rooms in the ACA Way block are booked with the Hilton Miami Downtown under its own terms, and your reservation is a contract between you and the hotel. The block is limited and first come, first served. Room types are assigned by the hotel at check in. Cancellation, deposit and no show policies are the hotel's, not ours.

Your travel arrangements are your own responsibility.

This is important, because of who attends and what gets discussed.

Sessions at ACA Way cover regulation, compliance, carrier programs, products and business practices. None of it is legal, tax, compliance, financial or insurance advice, and none of it should be relied on as a substitute for advice from your own qualified advisers or from the carriers and regulators you work with.

Views expressed by speakers are their own. They are not the views of ACA Way Inc., and they are not necessarily the views of the organizations, carriers or agencies those speakers work for.

If you are a licensed agent or broker, you remain solely responsible for your own compliance with CMS rules, state licensing and insurance regulations, and the requirements of every carrier you are appointed with. Nothing said at this conference changes any of that or excuses you from it.

We provide the conference, the site and the app as they are. We do not promise that the site or app will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any particular speaker, session or feature will be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACA Way Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost business or lost opportunity, arising out of the conference, the site or the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the conference is limited to the amount you paid us for your registration.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You attend the conference at your own risk. You are responsible for your own belongings.

You agree to indemnify ACA Way Inc. against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your conduct at the conference, or content you post in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top and post the new version at theacaway.com/terms. Material changes affecting registered attendees will be sent by email.
